SOLID WOOD FRAMES

HANDMADE IN GERMANY.

A frame is not merely a border around an image. It is the final act of precision that determines how a work meets the room—and how it endures. Our traditional Frame Manufactorers with more than seventy years of experience are carried by skilled hands, exact profiles and a deep understanding of wood, glass and construction. Carefully selected solid woods, reliable resources and practised craftsmanship allow every joint, surface and proportion to be resolved with calm accuracy. The result is not decoration, but a clear, durable presence: a frame made to support the artwork, protect it and let its character remain visible.

Hand Finishing

Final refinements are made by hand, where the smallest irregularities are corrected with patience, control and a trained eye.

Selected Wood Profiles

Solid-wood mouldings in different sections, grains and tones are kept ready for a frame matched precisely to the artwork.

Straightness Inspection

Each length is checked by eye and hand to ensure a true line, a clean surface and the consistency required for precise framing.

Prepared Components

Frame parts and aluminium inlays are laid out before assembly, allowing every element to be coordinated with accuracy.

WORKSHOP TOOLS

The tools of refinement show that quality is achieved through many small, deliberate steps carried out every day.

Protected Glazing

Glass sheets are protected and handled individually so their surfaces remain flawless until they are fitted to the artwork.

Workshop Tools

Brushes, weights, blades and finishing materials reveal the many small operations behind a precisely made frame.

Precision Machining

Specialist machinery shapes and prepares the profiles, while experienced hands control every cut and adjustment.

Frame Series

A small series of completed frames shows the measured rhythm of workshop production—consistent, controlled and made by hand.

Workshop Rhythm

The clock, shelves and everyday objects speak of a traditional workshop shaped by routine, continuity and human presence.

Glass Setting

The glazing is positioned, cleaned and checked with great care so that it protects the work without distracting from it.

Final Inspection

Before completion, the frame is examined once more for alignment, surface quality and a quietly resolved finish.

Assembly Bench

At the central bench, materials, tools and skilled hands come together in the concentrated work of assembly.

Workshop Interior

Light, machinery, benches and experienced craftspeople form an environment built around concentration and exact work.

Production Floor

Storage racks, transport crates and prepared materials reveal the wider production process behind each finished frame.

The Workbench

Tools, pigments, brushes and traces of daily use turn the workbench into a record of accumulated experience.

Profile Stock

Raw mouldings wait in carefully organised lengths, ready to be selected, cut and finished for the next frame.

Glass Storage

Different glazing types are stored separately and kept ready for the specific optical and protective needs of each work.
