Perhaps it used to be important.

Autobahns. Airports. Business meetings. Someone in the back checking the time.

Today it lives on an island.

The air conditioning probably no longer matters.

It gets hot at noon. Hotter in the afternoon. Eventually the shade moves on and the Mercedes probably doesn’t.

A GARAGE.

Some cars go to a restorer.

Others retire.

This one seems perfectly happy with the decision.
