This image is not really about scaffolding. It is about the strange moment in which a city begins to forget its own function and becomes pure visual order. Tarpaulins, grids, poles, coverings and facades no longer behave like elements of a building site, but like planes in a composition. What is provisional suddenly appears deliberate. What is meant to conceal begins to reveal.

The wrapped structure rises like a temporary monument of line, surface and tension. Behind it, the rigid order of the high-rise stands calm and exact; in front of it, the veiled mass softens, folds, shifts and breathes. Between discipline and drapery, between grid and gesture, the image opens into something almost painterly. VEILED GEOMETRY is an urban abstraction — a work in which construction becomes choreography, and the city, for one brief moment, begins to think like Kandinsky.

Dieses Bild handelt nicht wirklich von einem Baugerüst. Es handelt von jenem seltsamen Moment, in dem eine Stadt ihre Funktion vergisst und zu reiner visueller Ordnung wird. Planen, Raster, Stangen, Verhüllungen und Fassaden verhalten sich nicht länger wie Bestandteile einer Baustelle, sondern wie Flächen einer Komposition. Das Provisorische wirkt plötzlich gesetzt. Was eigentlich verbergen soll, beginnt sichtbar zu machen.

Der verhüllte Baukörper steht da wie ein vorübergehendes Monument aus Linie, Fläche und Spannung. Dahinter ruht die strenge Ordnung des Hochhauses, kühl und präzise; davor wird die eingepackte Masse weich, faltig, verschoben, fast atmend. Zwischen Disziplin und Draperie, zwischen Raster und Geste öffnet sich das Bild in eine beinahe malerische Dimension. VEILED GEOMETRY ist urbane Abstraktion — ein Werk, in dem Konstruktion zu Choreografie wird und die Stadt für einen Augenblick beginnt, wie Kandinsky zu denken.
