At Parker Palm Springs, the late sixties are still present in the walls when the early seventies arrive in a golden Porsche Targa. Breeze blocks, desert light, low geometry, open roof — the entire scene carries the confidence of a time that had just discovered what modern freedom could look like.
Nothing here is retro. The car and the architecture are not quoting an era. They belong to the same visual belief: that design could be rational and sensual at once. That luxury could be cool instead of loud. That a machine standing still could suggest an entire life beyond the frame — pool water, cocktails, vinyl, desert heat after dark.
