IC HIGHWAY
Like Skating on Ice
The road disappears into white.
No tracks, no destination, no sound — only surface, cold, vastness. A landscape that swallows everything human and yet leaves something behind.
The guardrails run through the winter emptiness like the last signs of order. Thin lines of metal, modest, almost lost — and precisely because of that, meaningful. They do not say where the road leads. They only say: you have not disappeared.
Between ice, sky and frozen ground, a quiet dialogue begins. Loneliness is everywhere, but it never turns into threat. The guardrails hold the space together, giving the infinite a boundary, giving the nothing a direction.
An image about endurance. About orientation without promise. About safety that does not announce itself, but simply remains.
