Behind scratched glass, a row of surfboards stands like a vertical archive of the California coast. Salt air, muted colour and worn surfaces give the storefront the atmosphere of an independent Los Angeles film.

The boards’ repeated shapes create a strong graphic rhythm, but the scene never loses its roughness. It is West Coast culture seen without polish—cinematic, tactile and entirely at home in urban, creative spaces.

European ash is finished with a pale limed surface that settles into its open pores. The treatment preserves the grain while giving the wood a clear, architectural luminosity.
