COUTURELLE
Haute couture for an unfinished city.
This image is not about a construction site. It is about proportion, drapery and the strange elegance that appears when raw function begins to behave like style. Broad fields of cream, ochre, grey and orange stand beside one another with the precision of a composed wardrobe. Soft tarpaulins fall over rigid structures like fabric over a body, while barriers and posts cut through the scene like seams, hems and graphic accents.
What might have been a temporary urban situation becomes an exercise in visual couture. Nothing here is decorative, yet everything feels dressed. The surfaces do not merely cover; they stage. COUTURELLE transforms scaffolding, fencing and tarpaulin into a study of line, balance and attitude — a work in which the city, for one fleeting moment, appears less built than tailored.
